ABOUT US

About Allstar
We are an organisation based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, with a focus on Creative Industries, Health and Wellbeing, Employability, and Enterprise. Our mission is to provide and facilitate meaningful opportunities that empower young people and adults to discover their own paths and reach their full potential.

We work collaboratively with a wide range of partners across the voluntary, health, and education sectors to ensure participants gain valuable, life-enhancing experiences. We actively involve them in project development, service design, and decision-making, placing their voices at the heart of everything we do.

Our Mission
Through creativity, co-design, and collaboration, we create spaces where people can develop the skills, mindset, and confidence to thrive. Our programmes inspire individuals of all ages to take ownership of their personal and professional growth, building the next generation of leaders, role models, and changemakers.
Our Approach
Working alongside decision-makers, schools, professionals, and communities, we identify gaps in support and co-create practical, inclusive solutions. From early-years engagement to adult enterprise, our initiatives respond to the evolving needs of people across Bradford District, Craven, and the wider North of England.
Everything we do is shaped by partnership, driven by purpose, and focused on lasting change.

Our Vision
A region where creativity and opportunity go hand in hand; where people, whatever their starting point, have the confidence, skills, and support to grow, lead, and inspire others.
Youth Voice
Youth voice is central to the ethos and work of All Star. We believe that young people are not just participants in our programmes, but active partners in shaping them. Their lived experiences, ideas, and perspectives bring authenticity, relevance, and energy to everything we do.
By creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people feel heard and valued, All Star ensures our work reflects real needs and aspirations rather than assumptions. Youth voice helps guide the design of our activities, informs decision-making, and challenges us to continually evolve. It empowers young people to build confidence, leadership skills, and a sense of ownership, while enabling us as an organisation to deliver work that is meaningful, impactful, and rooted in the communities we serve.
Listening to and developing young people’s voices is not an add-on to our work, it is fundamental to our mission and essential to creating lasting, positive change.

Partnership and Engagement
All Star is built on collaboration. We collaborate with partners across the voluntary, health, and education sectors to design programmes that make a genuine difference.
Our approach is rooted in co-production: we involve participants directly in project design, service delivery, and strategic planning. By placing lived experience at the heart of everything we do, we ensure every programme reflects real needs and delivers real impact.
