We are delighted to announce that the Healthy Minds apprentices have been nominated for the Celebrate As One Awards!
The Celebrate As One Awards are open to anyone across our partnership from the NHS, local authorities, VCSE and independent care sector organisations. They are designed to recognise and celebrate individuals, teams or projects that demonstrate our Act as One ethos, by working together to deliver our partnership’s vision of helping to keep people ‘happy, healthy at home’.
The Healthy Minds apprentices have been nominated in the Child Friendly - positive impact on the health and wellbeing of young people category. We are so proud of the Healthy Minds apprentices for their dedication and commitment to their work. They are a shining example of what can be achieved when we work together as a partnership.
The Healthy Minds apprentices have also been nominated in the Arts, culture and wellbeing category for their exhibition Exploring Young People's Identity and Wellbeing - For young people by young people.
The winners of the Celebrate As One Awards will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday 19th October. We wish all of the nominees the best of luck!
