Are you aged 16-24 and passionate about mental health? Do you want a dynamic career path that allows you to make a real impact in your community? Look no further than the Healthy Minds Apprenticeship Program!


This is your chance to:


  • Become a champion for mental wellbeing: Join a team dedicated to supporting children, young people, communities, and schools across Bradford and Craven.

  • Develop your skills: Gain valuable experience in areas like awareness workshops, research projects, service co-production, and youth engagement.


  • Be part of something bigger: Be at the forefront of shaping local mental health services and contributing to initiatives like the award-winning KCU anti-bullying campaign.


  • Work in a supportive environment: We're a friendly bunch! Our team thrives on open communication, collaboration, and a shared passion for mental health.


Here's a glimpse into some of the things you'll do:


  • Design and deliver mental health awareness programs in schools and communities.

  • Conduct research and contribute to reports and audits.

  • Partner with organisations like Born in Bradford and Youth in Mind.

  • Participate in social action projects like food banks and youth work programs.

  • Champion the needs of children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities.
