Over the last 6 months All Star have developed and delivered an Online Harms awareness campaign to 727 pupils at Appleton Secondary School, Wyke, Bradford. In partnership with West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership, Rocket Science and Step 2 (Bradford), the campaign focuses on the prevention and early intervention raising awareness of the Online Safety Act, the misuse of devices, the internet and social media, addressing the potential problems and dangers that young people can so easily be exposed to. The campaign used a mixture of in classroom workshops, 1-2-1 and group support to help unpick this dangerous and often overwhelming topic and threat for young people.
